When I exited the garrison on foot, I got a disconnect. I have been instantly disconnected every time I try and use that character. I tried to use the character unstuck feature, but it’s down, or been removed I’m not quite sure.
I’m worried it won’t be fixed in time for the expansion

Best of luck to you both. For quite a while the online automated unstuck was also failing. It’s finally, seems to be, working again. When that was down, I had a manual ticket sitting there waiting. Hopefully the unstuck is not overwhelmed and failing again as many of us have been experiencing stuck character issues in different places.

Oh no.
At first the automated site would fail and not even get to the character selection to choose which one to ‘unstuck’. It finally worked, then I made sure I was logged off and with Blizzard Bnet client closed just to be safe. Selected stuck character and it ran. Completed. Then I logged on and indeed my character was sitting at the Silithus graveyard.
