My main, Danale, is stuck in Plaguefall. I started the dungeon via group finder, and about 10 minutes in the screen showed the main Shadowlands loading screen, but the bar at the bottom wouldn’t load. I closed the game entirely and restarted, this time it showed the Plaguefall loading screen, and the loading bar gets to about 70% or so before it stops. I tried this several times, same result.
I tried logging into another character (Revna) on the same server, no issues. I can successfully log in and use the game on Revna.
I’m not sure how to use the ‘stuck character’ tool for Danale if I can’t get past the loading screen. Any suggestions?

had the same thing happen to me twice and have not tried again since. tried without any addons too
Experiencing same thing here, can’t get past 75% of the loading screen for Plaguefall in LFG. If I force exit try to log back into character it says character name already exists.

same issue here, have got the dungeon twice in LFG and stuck both times.
Closed WoW to try logging in again and ‘character already exists’ error.
Waited 5-10 minutes and logged in and it loaded in but I was already booted (understandably) by that time.

Same issue as Ssiewmai, 60% - 70% of the way and if i force close and reload i get the “Name already taken” speach which im aware its taken its my character 
Hopefully there will be a fix soon?
Same thing for my main… it’s really annoying.
Same thing here, it happens for any dungeon through the LFG option. I usually get kicked by the time I can come back.

same issue for me too, long load screen, disconnected, log back into the game and i’m met with a stupid queue timer of about 8-10minutes…man i feel sorry for the dps queue’s to only be greeted with a long load screen and a queue timer afterwards -_-

Nil known fixes im assuming?
Hopefully Blizzard can fix it, seems to be only this dungeon for me - queuing as a tank
Similar but much worse issue for me.
My battle.net app functions slowly, and the system told me that it cannot log in my account. When I finally log in the game, everything becomes slow or unfunctional.
Specifically, the loading screen of entering the game was slow and the loading screen of transferring to Shadowland was frozen, resulting in the failure of going to SL. The system showed a message that “transfer aborted. instance not found”.
Furthermore, since SL launched, occasionally, I would be kicked out of the game constantly for 10-15 minutes.
This is not a normal service that I deserve to have.

This issue keeps happening, seems to be plaguefall or halls of atonement…mists and necrotic wake seem to work, this is coming from an alt using FATES as a means to level.
Encountering the issue aswell with walk-in mythic. Gets stuck around 75% and then boots me out. Reload to get the error of character with the same name already exists.
Is it always like this, when they release a new expansion?? They game is totally unfinished…

I’ve had this issue and haven’t been able to do any dungeons for at least 2 days now.
I get stuck at 70% loading, then get booted to the login screen. When I log back in character with this name already exists error pops up.
Have to wait for the server to register that my character is no longer connected then I’m able to log in only to have this happen again and the cycle repeats.
Sigh.
Same here, load into a dungeon and it wont go through. re-open wow and load the character but it gets to 75% and hits me with the “a character with that name already exists”
