Character stuck in permanent reload loop in Stratholme

My character “Zang” on realm Suramar-US is currently stuck in a reload loop after attempting to zone into Stratholme. It says I need to be level 15 and does not port me out of the instance, instead continuously reloading and eventually disconnecting. I need to be forcibly relocated as I have attempted to use the character unstuck service twice without success.

I attempted to submit a ticket for this but the support area only ever directed me to the previously mentioned unstuck service.

Currently cannot hearth or move enough to get out.

EDIT:
I no longer need relocating after using a trial account and a friend’s help to summon this character out using RFC’s summon stone, I’ll leave the post as is in case this happens to others, as I feel someone should be aware of this.

Still a problem and currently have alt blood DK stuck in the loop and found this post when I looked this exact issue up. Also tried the character unstuck and didn’t work. Going to try a summons when I have a friend on to help. I’m guessing the portal in doesn’t boot the character back far enough to not get stuck and should really get that fixed. Never knew you had to be at that level to enter old dungeons.

EDIT:
Summoning does still work to get unstuck. So hopefully anyone else that gets stuck like that has others to rescue them from that blinking nightmare.
