I’m having this issue on this character in broken shore and in legion dalaran. character stuck service errors out and now i can’t even log into him and get WOW51900319.
Other toons I can log in without issue as long as they’re not in legion zones.
all characters on Wyrmrest Accord.
Also multiple other guildmates in the Legion zones are having the exact same issue. we’ve all gone through and done the standard troubleshooting but this is clearly not an ‘us’ issue.
Original ticket number US92816788 was automatically marked ‘resolved’ and i was directed to submit a support ticket, but it is impossible to do that. I keep getting looped into trying the stuck character tool.
So here i am on the forums. Please help. I can’t log in to my main.
yeah I don’t knwo what the deal was. i was trying to help a guildie kill a world boss and then he didn’t show up in our party but he could see us… and it all went downhill. it really had the hallmarks of the server going kaput. so I think whatever is running the legion zones is not doing too good.
Yeah, there’s some strange things going on in the Legion zones, I was doing some argus questing yesterday and logged out in Dalaran and now I’m presented with this problem just as you are. If/when this is resolved, I think I’ll avoid the zone for a while (sadly) because this is pretty frustrating - especially when the stuck service isn’t working and ticket creation is a puzzle box.
