Character Stuck feature

It looks like the Character Stuck feature is missing.

From article 32275 the steps are:

WoW Classic and Burning Crusade Classic

To access the stuck character service:

  1. Click on the ? icon to bring up the Game Menu
  2. Click on Help
  3. Click on Character Stuck!

You will have the option to Use Your Hearthstone (if not on cooldown) or Teleport to Graveyard.

The ? icon brings up a Customer Support web portal. Under Self Service Options there is a Stuck Character service, but only by retail WoW characters are listed. I don’t see any way to unstuck my TBC character.

BUMP. My character is legit stuck and I can’t get out. There’s no way with the service, it only pulls SL chars. Emergency

Bump. I attempted to navigate the in game help menu and found no useful way to unstuck my character.

I just found the fix, you have to go in a round about way. Click the red question mark “Help Request” like normal, that pulls up the new customer support menu

  1. Click “Contact Support” at the top (middle banner)
  2. Click -Game Issues so it pulls up a drop down menu
  3. Click Character Problem
  4. Click Stuck Character service - World of Warcraft Classic
  5. Follow the Steps and select your character
  6. It will now force you to disconnect and log you out. My toon was only unplayable for a minute or two :smiley:

WHY WAS THIS CHANGED FROM THE CLASSIC VERSION?! It was so easy to unstick earlier… it just used your hearthstone cooldown… now im a ghost that is stuck in durotar wtf?! This service before was perfect, why change it at all?!

This is beyond frustrating. This doesn’t even work for me. My Burning Crusade Classic character that is stuck doesn’t show up. Only retail characters are showing up.

Edit:

There are TWO OPTIONS one for CLASSIC and one that DOESN’T SAY a version.
Clicking the classic works…

This works, took me WAY too long to find. This goes for anyone in TBC prepatch and going forward. FOLLOW THESE STEPS. Make sure you pay attention to Step 4. It’s easy to miss.
