Have been exploring in Bastion / Aggramar-Fizzcrank server. Wound up off the edge at a waterfall with no way out. Attempted to jump, thinking that the “rescue angel” would then retrieve me and place me back on solid ground, or that I would die and end up at a graveyard. That does not happen, unfortunately. Instead my character falls down the waterfall and then I get disconnected from the server with the error message WOW51900319. I have logged completely out / restarted my computer and have logged back in but keep getting this same message…over a dozen times now.
I am assuming that I’ve triggered some sort of “bug” or have “fallen” off the map, as the game had been working fine before. The game doesn’t let me stay in long enough to file a regular “bug” ticket. I’ve put a lot of time into this toon and really do not want to lose him to this problem.

Just happened to me as well just as the world boss died…unable to log into that toon now but am able to create a new one.
I am having this same issue except its on the PTR, was checking out a treasure chest in the new Maw area, there was a crack in the ground and now im stuck falling > error 319. Nothing gets me unstuck.
30 minutes and i can log back in, lost a few quests i think.
Let’s try this automated repair function. Select the character with the issue then move them.

Sadly in my case the stuck character deal didnt show PTR servers. RIP
Ahh - you may want to open a ticket Ectothrix. GM will need to move you somewhere else.

HI - thank you!! This fixed it perfectly. Moved me to Durotan, which is fine by me…better than falling / DC’ing with each login.
I didn’t realize this feature was available, and will remember it in case I have this problem again.
It is a handy repair feature. We see a good number of these sorts of disconnects on the forum here.
This is such a stupidly frustrating issue to deal with especially when this happened i have 2 out of 3 seething orbs to get the mount and mobs trying to dismount you and lava to melt you,
