My character is stuck infinitely falling through the map and disconnected immediately. When i try to use the character unstuck service through battle.net I get an " Oops! It looks like something went wrong." or
“We’re processing your request. Please leave this page open and we’ll update you as soon as we’re done.” So essentially it’s a lose-lose with no resolution in sight. And since I can’t live chat w/ a blizzard agent I don’t see a resolution here.

Same problem for me.
Edit - the website tool just repeats step 3 over and over.
Same here, jumped and as soon as I hit the group got DCed. Other Characters are fine but that one I just cannot play on at all. Their site doesnt help either for the character stuck
Same here… died and went to retrieve my corpse just to get DCd and can’t log back, I get kicked off the server every time.
I’m also posting here even though I made my own thread… in hope that if blizzard sees this they will fix my rogue too. HELP lol
Yea this is absolutely ridiculous. Billion dollar company triple A title launch and this many people are having issues w/ no resolution?
Commodore - Arthas please help same issue. Website tool is not working. Found a post from January saying the website tool wasn’t working. Has it been broken for this long? Can we please get some support help since the website is faulty.
