Character stuck dead

Anyone have a fix for this? unstuck service isnt working. Everything on customer support redirects you somewhere else. Legit cant play lol

Open a ticket if unstuck doesn’t work

Just a heads up, last time I got stuck, I was taking off with my dragon from lava and got stuck, died to lava and stayed there.

It took them 3 days to get me out.

When you’re returning to your body as a ghost, is that stuck, too? Or are you simply not able to get close enough to your body as a ghost to trigger the “Resurrect?” option?

Are you in a raid in combat? If so, you usually have to wait like an hour until it finally resets. :slightly_frowning_face:

Stay logged out of the character for 15-20mins.

If that doesn’t clear it up, you can put in a ticket for a stuck character and mention that the self-help option failed:
