Character stuck and disconnected

Got feared in BRD and now I appear to be stuck underground and get disconnected every time I log in.

Give it 15-30 min of being logged outa that character then try again if ur still DC open a unable to move ticket either in game or thru the website.

Someone mentioned in discord to move cache and interface folders out, and that seemed to work. I wasn’t getting disconnected, but was still stuck underground. I just ported out.

I think what wouldve been a better solution wouldve been a full UI reset especialy if it happens again https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/7549 but my first advice on staying logged out for 15-30min usualy works or a unable to move ticket.

Staying logged out wasn’t an acceptable option for me. We are raiding.

Understandable, and I’m glad removing those folders helped… that is part of a UI reset and usually can help in such situations. However, if that didn’t resolve the issue, the only suggestion would be to try using the “Unable to Move” option through the Support page, or wait for the system to move you to a safe location.

Click the link, then click the “Unable to Move” button. A Blizz rep will get to your request as soon as they can. The “Unable to Move” requests are usually addressed more quickly than other tickets.

Using this specific path bypasses the GM step and automatically moves the character. After submitting, once the the process is completes, the character should be ready for use.

From the support article:

This procedure will not open a ticket. If you find that your character is still stuck after attempting Auto Unstuck, please contact Customer Support.
