First one was from a gm in game, second was a reply after logging back in. Both told me they had cleared / already cleared mailbox.
Team is aware of LUA error issue that I and many others were receiving but I’m no longer encountering LUA error.
I am now either stuck at 5 min processing OR the character is locked to the realm. It has been 4 days.
I’m missing my guild, i’m missing my professions, I’m missing the opportunity at my name. There is nothing I can do. I can’t log onto the character. Please, if anyone knows what to do, I’d appreciate help.
update : now receiving error “please clear mail from this characters mailbox”
I HAVE. AND I HAVE HAD A GM CLEAR IT TWICE

I have, i’ve made a bug report, posted on customer support, bug report forum and here. posted on reddit. Most people with issues have reported it has cleared up but a few post still indicate they’re having issues with characters being locked.
Continuing to post to see if other people that have found a solution have any input on what I might try to do from my end.
I’ve tried seeing if I could unstuck my character but it gives me an error. tried deleting the character so I could restore and reattempt to transfer but it gets stuck at pending and does not delete and I have to force close wow.

The gms are currently useless. they havent commented on anything wrong meanwhile there are 100s of complains and issues with this server merge
