Does anyone know if the account wide changes coming with warbands will make more titles account wide that are currently only available to the specific character that earned them?
For example, the Lord of War title is one of my favorites but I only did the achievement on a couple characters back in WoD. Hoping it will be useable on more characters after 11.0
I believe they all become account wide.

“We have also taken a look at the rewards granted by achievements. For these, we mostly want them to be Warband-wide. Therefore, in many cases we are making the reward go to the entire Warband, such as for most titles.”
Some titles won’t be account wide though (you probably need to read the post). I can’t find any reference to Lord of War being an exception.
Also, they are converting to account wide stuff over time - with recent expansions done first. It might take them a while to get to WoD.

It would be nice if Brawler became account-wide. I have no idea why that title hasn’t been made account-wide yet since it doesn’t seem like Brawler’s Guild is ever coming back outside of Classic servers.
The Covenant titles would be nice to have as account-wide as well.
Since they are making all achievements warband wide and this title comes from one, I would think this has to be included too.
I would suspect it isn’t… it follows the pvp title system.

Titles like Combatant, Challenger, e.t.c. are granted upon hitting a certain rating on said character.
Lord/Lady of War is granted via an achievement that (as of the time of this posting) is character specific. With all achievements becoming warband wide, that shouldn’t be the case anymore.
I can confirm that currently on the TWW beta, the “Lord/Lady of War” title is account-wide.

Brawler appears to be an account-wide title now.
Veteran of the Fourth War is weird, however. It’s account-wide if you completed the achievement on an Alliance character but unavailable on Horde unless you complete the Horde version of the achievement which has an extra requirement.
Covenant titles still appear to be character-specific (though I think I only ever joined a Covenant on one character so far, so I don’t know for sure), and Captain is still level-restricted for some reason.
What’s happening is since that all achievments being made account wide, titles granted from them are also becoming account wide since there won’t be character specific achievements anymore.
Covenant titles IIRC are granted via renown levels which are character specific.
Might be something they look over when they start incorporating more content into the account side stage, since they mentioned starting with TWW and DF and moving backwards over time.
