Will we be able to pay character transfer to different servers or character paid customize?
Most likely no.

Character customization. Doubt it.
There is paid character customization.
You pay the sub, then you can customize your character at creation.
They already said server transfers will be available, reasoning, it was in Vanilla you simply went through a website. They don’t want friends to discover they started on different servers and be out of luck and have to start over. I have “heard” thought I haven’t seen it officially myself, there will be no PvE>PvP transfers.
I expect other services will be available as well, much more limited than retail.
That isn’t what I mean lol. I want to know about post-creation.
Transfers, yes you will be able to at a later point.
Everything else, no.
