I went to move a character in my server roster down a bit and it flew up to the top. Essentially, every time I start moving one, it comes from the very top. Suddenly most of my characters have been randomized… having 34 characters on Wyrmrest, this is getting out of hand fast. I can only move the top handful of characters. Scrolling does not help.

Was just about to post this myself. Happening to me as well.
EDIT: This only appears to be the case of character dragging. Reordering via the arrows on the right of each character entry still works, albeit is a slower process.
