The latest Patch for era (vanilla) has extended the character selection screen down over the character creation/restore button for accounts with 10 toons. The character in that bottom spot is hard to click, and the button behind it is not clickable.
I am having the same issue. Surprisingly, no one else is reporting this.
The bug is still there. That is really annoying.
