Can we please get more filters? Either let us show “all” servers, or select the server, or even search server name to show all characters from that server. It is pretty overwhelming and frustrating when my character list is disorganized and I have to manually move all my characters 1 by 1.

Seconded. I have many, many characters on several realms (sharing names). I definitely want a filter by current server etc.
This. I was about to make a post on this.
I have almost 20 years worth of toons spread out across multiple servers. Seeing all of them at once is a nightmare.
Bare minimum let the search filter also work on server and not just character name.
Also, make the server visible on the character icon itself. It is far more useful to me to know what server he is on than what zone they are currently in. Make the zone show up on hover instead but the server is just there on the icon.

This one huge list that makes it look like there are no individual realms anymore is just a smoke and mirrors thing anyway. The characters are still on individual realms, and you still have to deal with addons on each realm just like before. I hate the long list and it definitely needs more search filters and other ways to group characters.
