Could not find a character with a common name on the website because:
-can’t search by “name-realm”
-can’t search by “name realm”
-can’t filter search by realm, class, or level
-can’t sort overall results by realm, level, or class; can only sort results PER PAGE, which is absolutely useless
-page 3 and 4 of results give a server 500 error, even though the pages before and after them work fine, so i can’t even sift through all the results manually
-no website category on the support site to direct me to the forums, so it took forever to find out how to report this
-Edit: can’t include the link to the page that is giving a 500 error or a link to a screenshot of the error
I’m incredibly frustrated that something so simple is no longer accessible.
