I have no idea what you guys are doing, but I was able to login and get to my character screen only to find it EMPTY!!
What the hell are you guys doing ???

Welcome to patch day. I have had that happen plenty of times. They will come back eventually. Everything is just laggy and not loading as there are prolly millions trying to log in at the same time.

I’m having the exact same issue. I can’t even create a character on any server…
I logged out after failing to create a character. 3 attempts to log in later I am met with a black screen. My characters are not available. Lovely.
Edit: For me, it just took having some patience. They loaded eventually.
I guess we all got beta keys finally! 
Having the same issue.
Same issue here. I have signed out and back in with no change in results. Day one issues, use to it by now.
I was able to get into the game earlier today and played a bit on my warlock. All my characters were available to me but now, THIS MOMENT, my character select screen is EMPTY.
Come on Bliz, fix your issues. You’ve done pre-launch patches before surely you’ve figured out how to fix these things already???
And finally I get “CHARACTER NOT FOUND” message but there was no character to choose from. This is totally off the wall guys.
