There used to be a restore timer when you hovered over the restore character button. But its gone. How do I know how long I have left to restore a toon?

Were you able to restore your character? I am pretty sure I am beyond the 7 day cooldown and its still greyed out for me.
Not to necro an oldish thread but I’ve been wondering where that timer went.
