Character not found

This seems to happen every couple of days. But once it starts, that’s it for the night as i cant ever get back in.

its back, whatever blizz did just rebroke the log in process for the third time in as many weeks, Dragonblight server and Velen server

Update: now it wont even get last the Retrieving Realm List window, is it possible to get the duct tape back out blizz and fix it again?

Deleting Cache folder didnt help, same as last time

Having the same issue here. It started with a black screen at character select and then Character not found, seems to be the same issue as pre-patch release day.

Thought this was fixed but looks like the little patch they just put out might have broken it again? Sigh.

Yep same here, just got out of a dungeon and tried to swap characters. Couldn’t log out, alt + f4’d, got stuck on a black screen for a couple minutes before characters loaded. Now receiving “character not found”. Rip

Same thing for me. Was doing Black Temple, couldn’t do anything and now I can’t get back in the game (even by switching character). Was on Zul’jin server.

Now, I dont see any characters on any of the servers on my account. I hope they come back, I may cry lol

Same. Was in earlier. now getting character not found. Char load screen seems to take a hot minute as well.

It’s happening to me and my daughter, we get past the character selection screen and get hit with a “character not found”.

It’s baaaaaack!
Or rather, we’re not. Again.

Hopefully by now, they’re familiar with the various causes and will fix it quickly.

Same issue on Turalyon. Gets to 3/4 and then “Character Not Found.”
