Cant log into my dk. Not sure what happened but I am getting the “character not found” error code after waiting for a while in the loading screen. Would love to hear from Blizzard because I’ve tried using the unstuck character service, but nothing happens when I hit continue.

I’m having the same issues on several of my customers. The ones that are failing are on a specific server, Bronzebeard US. I can log in without any issues on a few of my other toons on a different realm. Although it isn’t consistent. Some of the toons on Bronzebeard are working, but then ones I want to play today are not working. Please help Blizzard. Every time I try to open a Support Ticket it tells me to come here. Ughl.
Yea my DK in Shu’halo is the only toon I cant log into. Cant even open a ticket, so Im just posting here and hoping I get some kind of solution
Can’t log into any of my characters on Wyrmrest Accord. “Character not found” errors.
Same thing here with my mage on dragonblight. I saw a lot of servers are down, but my server is supposed to be up. I can log in with another character on this server but not with my mage on same server. Doesnt make sense. Left my mage in Silvermoon I think. I was playing her earlier. Thats what the screen says anyway. Could possibly been left in housing.
Just knowing that I am not the only person experiencing the problem helps me to know it’s a system problem and not an issue with my account or my character. Please fix this Blizzard!

Probably would not help to open a ticket if the servers are having issues, it should resolve once they sort it out.

Well at least you all can see your characters. mine are missing completely
Same here, I can’t see any characters. I’ve been sitting on an empty character list with a black background for the past 40ish minutes.
Oh geesh, yes I can see mine. But trying to log into my mage the loading bar only goes half way across and freezes. Its not my internet and its not my pc. I did restart everything. You can check your realm status on blizzard. Although dragonblight shows green there’s def something wrong. Prob a DDoS attack. Smh
Mines back up. Good luck everyone. All servers status are green again.
