My TBC classic character on US-West / Whitemane named Cassiope is missing from the Forums/Armory. She was a transfer from Kirtonos about 2 weeks ago so that might be related. I have followed the steps of logging on logging off etc.
Bad news, friend. I’ve been having the same issue for almost 6 weeks now. Still broken. Hope you have better luck than I have had thus far. :\

I’ve had the same issue. When you post in the CS forum, they tell you to post it here but as you can see, nobody ever replies to these threads.
Kinda like MMO Champion that says “If you have a serious issue, please hit Contact Us” to message an Admin". The admins never reply.
Well, this forums are for reports, not a dialog with the web dev team. you are not gonna get any response unless they have more questions.
Nobody is looking for dialog. A simple “Acknowledged” goes a long way so all these people do not feel like they’re yelling into the wind.
If I recall, Classic and TBC Classic armories don’t exist at this time, the current armory only works for retail characters. As for the forums, you might have to log in or out a few times to get the character to show up. The current system updates on it’s own timetable, I have had retail characters not show up for weeks, then, “bang” they show up.
