Character locked

I was send here.
So I was doing quest on Juggernah-Sargeras yesterday night, using the new “job” system of the D.R.I.V.E for the weekly quest. After I finished, I clicked the “stop job” buttons on the car and suddenly all my quests were gone from my quest log.
Tried to search for npcs to continue the main campaign of the patch but was not able to find them. Gave up after a few trys and logged out. Today, when I logged in, the message “Character locked” appear on my toon.
Tried to search for any useful information on the link the message provided but nothing worked so far.
Just in case is needed I used a server transfer on this toon but it was months ago, so not sure if its related.

There’s another thread here where people were reporting that the Stop Job feature was wiping quest progress for every expansion on their toons.

Blizz posted a reply in that thread acknowledging it happened to a small group of people, and that they may need to lock affected characters while they fix them.

All my quests, my quest progress and phasing is gone

Earlier this evening, we detected a very rare bug that could cause the effects described above, and we deployed a hotfix to address it. To be clear-- the hotfix for the bug that could cause players to experience an unexpected loss of quest history is now live. We may have to prevent players who were affected from logging in while we investigate their accounts. Thank you very much for your patience.
