I fell off the Maw during the into scenario and now my character is constantly falling without dying and crashing the game. Each time I log in I fall for about 2 seconds and then the game crashes/disconnects. I’ve tried logging in for the past 15 minutes or so with the same result.
At least you can log in and really get inside the game…
True. I can see the Maw for a few seconds at a time.
stuck in a loading screen
I haven’t had that at all. I can log in easily I just get stuck falling in the Maw and disconnect. I feel left out. Everyone else is having the same issue then there’s me with falling through the void.
In the quest where we have to scort Jaina, she clipped into the ground and teleported me to her, so i’m stuck in the ground too.

I disconnect too quickly for unstuck to work and the character stuck tool doesn’t work since I’m falling

You might be able to use the character stuck tool

I boosted a priest, did some of the combat training. Finished, fell to my death and now I’m stuck on the alliance ship dying over and over and cant get off!
I already opened this page, but i’m in a constant loop of "We’re processing your request. Please leave this page open and we’ll update you as soon as we’re done. " and nothing show.

Give it a few minutes. It took about 10 minutes to load for me and will teleport you to Westfall (probably Razor Hill for horde)

I got the same thing the reloaded it and it worked
Yeah, something broke on the Blizzard ends. Even reload is not working.

Hey all,
This issue has been forwarded up to the WoW team and they are looking into it. If you haven’t yet, try the Stuck Character feature as Esmerina mentioned previously. Sometimes that can take a bit to process so give it 10-15 minutes or so and then try logging back in.
If that fails, submit a ticket and a Game Master can move your character to flat ground which should allow you to log in again.

I was doing the into quest for shadowlands and I was teleported, and when I saw my character again I was falling. Shortly after I Disconnected and can not reconnect. when time I log into the character I get about .5 sec before I DC again. I tired reloading the WTF and Interface folder to no luck. the self service unstuck feature will not load.

I seem to have been teleported off the map in the Maw, I was dc’ed and now am kicked off whenever I log in?
