Basically the hearthing out of a delve glitch. Tried flying to ringing deeps and now I’m falling through the world and DC every time I log in. Used stuck character service with no success.
If self stuck did not work and is on cooldown, there should be a path to a actual ticket on the bottom, you can also access that system on the website here.

This has been an on-going issue for me since the introduction of overcharged delves. Get stuck in the core way, portal to AK in the fissure bugs, using a flightpoint leaves me in the world backdrop but nothing else works and there are no players or NPC. Keep submitting bug reports but nothing changes
NOT self stuck but was either hearthing or going through a wormhole i can not log onto my character Yon on Gorgrond rouge lever 75. i try to log into this toon and it kicks me out of the game, Streaming error WOW51900322 plz help. also none of my other toons have this issue.
