When I log in he falls again and it immediately disconnects. I’ve tried opening a ticket to get the character unstuck and when I try and use the self-service it just says “Something went wrong on our end”. So right now I can’t play the game. Any ideas? Thanks
I am in the same boat. And yes crazy that then the unstuck character is down too.
And so when you go to submit a ticket on this link it comes up “An error has occurred and this may be temporary”. smh Thanks for the link though

Kind of lame, I just came back and used a boost on the character that got stuck.
I guess sleep it is.
I have this same issue. It happened when I was transitioning from Dorn to Ringing Deeps. I came out the tunnel and was under the map. Then I just fall forever until disconnect and can’t log in now. What is going on?

Yep. Same issue here, very upsetting because i got to play til level 76 and then i suddenly go into a patch of water and now that character is unplayable.
Ive tried resetting the UI, using a console command that blizzard tells you to use, using the self service which isnt working, scan and repair, nothing has worked.
Hope they get it fixed this week, really loving the expansion outside of this incident.
Try another browser. I just confirmed that tickets are working.
“You can’t submit this ticket” is all I get on 3 different browsers.
Are you using a security app that monitors your web browsing? It’s working for me in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.
You can also open a ticket from your phone.
Nothing works, not even from my phone or the in-game client.
Is your phone on the WiFi connection or using mobile data?
Tried both and I get the same error.
How did you confirm? It doesn’t work for me either, website and in-game ticket features are unusable. Is there a number we can call? This is ridiculous.
Okay so it is the next day and still cannot log in on that toon… Clearly now it is happening elsewhere. Was able to play for hours afterwards on another toon so it is not internet connection, computer, etc.
By opening a ticket and then closing it.
I figured I’d do a little update on this, I JUST managed to get both a ticket and then the unstuck service to work (I canceled the ticket). So it was nothing on my end, my guess is there was just a huge influx of people trying to do both things and it kind of collapsed? Still, the fact that communication is so complicated for a company this big is really concerning considering the amount of people literally unable to play because of this.
