I was so excited about this cataclysm relaunch, but now i’m getting pissed. first it’s buggy quests that Blizzard didn’t take the time to fix. Now the Pally i’ve been leveling is falling through the map in tanaris for no reason, i just clipped through the ground on a FLAT AREA and now i get disconnected everytime i try to log in. i’ve tried the stuck character service as well as every other trouble shooting option that has been presented to me by the blizzard customer support. after spending over 2 hours trying to resolve my problem i’m just angry at this point and am ready to end my subscription because of something that in my mind, should be very trivial to fix at this point in this games life. i just need one service to work and blizzard apparently can’t even do that
please fix this stupid issue so i can just play the one game i still enjoy as an adult

if that didn’t work, there is an option on the same page to open a ticket.
these tickets are triaged as a priority issue.
if you keep logging in and falling about 10 times, you should eventually fall far enough your char will reset on the ground somewhere.
Recommend you put this on the Customer Support forum, as it assists with things including Account and Character Services.
