Character Drunkness Causing DC

I did the Jarl Respects quest in Stormheim which causes your character to get very drunk off a few items. Now every time I move for more than 10seconds I get DC’d from the server: (WOW51900319). This has happened four times in the span of five minutes. Game is unplayable until I sober up. The irony.
