So I’ve been playing some games I got on steam sale. I went from Nioh, to Nioh 2, and hit one of the most beautiful character creation screens I’ve ever seen.
It’s time blizzard, steal from other games again, steal Nioh 2’s character creator

If there are body sliders, it wont work in WoW as the people who make the armor fit over bodies would have to redo how they fit… everything. Most games that do have body sliders use the same skeleton for every playable race so there arent too different forms to mold over.
Total equipment overhaul to go with the new character creator, worth it.
The only thing body sliders add is the ability to make your character ugly. All the options that look decent will be close enough to the default model the professional artist made that changing it only really gives you the option to get it wrong.
And huge boobs. Body sliders give us the option to have huge boobs.
It’s a lot of work for only a marginal improvement, when they could get the same effect by bumping up the bra size of the female models.
I disagree wholely, there are like 6 faces for most races and all of them are basic, this would add plenty of “pretty” faces.
This should be reason enough to implement it 
I would like a height slider… nothing extreme, just six inches shorter would be nice. They would have to disable it for gnomes and goblins though, or we would have little bug-gnomes running around lol.
I would also love the option to make my characters shorter without making them dwarves

From what I understand it’s not that simple due to how gear works on models. Which sucks.
They could implement an overall size slider that would be the same effect as the temporary toys, foods, and potions currently in the game.
Hey now! Don’t think for a moment that we couldn’t use those either! It doesn’t have to be extreme, but a few inches one way or the other for ALL the races would be a godsend for character customization.
This particular character is intended to be 3’3" (average height of a female gnome). My rogue is intended to be 3’6" with my TRP profile on her noting that she’s exceptionally tall for our race.
As far as other characters in G4 go, I’ve seen TRP profiles with everything from 2’6" to about 3’8" in terms of height.
