Can I change my already created character?
If I choose the meaty undead will my clothe finally not be ripped?

Once these new customization options come out, you will be able to use them on your already existing character by changing into them in the barbershop.
“hey barber! Can you glue a little more meat onto my arms?”

They’re going to need a better front than the barbershop for these new levels of customization.
Maybe make them plastic surgeon shops?
The Barbers of Azeroth are god like beings not to be trifled with.
It is a shame they are so dedicated to their craft, if they were out in the field us Champions could retire.

Funnily enough, that’s not far from the kind of thing that actually goes on among the undead. There’s a scene in before the storm where a lady is stitching a new arm onto an undead fellow because he lost his own in an accident. A few stitches and a bit of alchemy, and he’s good to go!
