Characters I make are being created on realms I do not have selected. I play on stormrage, and I never select any other realm. Yet for some reason when I make a character the game seems to just put that character on a random server
Have you clicked “realms” up at the top of the log in screen and selected Stormrage? Then created a character?

I was already on stormrage, I never select any other realm.
I get that. But you have to select Stormrage in Realm Selection, then create character.
Do you have ANY characters on ANY other realms created at all prior to this latest creation?
I have many Characters across 8 realms.
If I log in to one, let’s say Arygos and play etc, then I decide I want to create a new Character on Stormrage, I have to go to realm select and choose Stormrage or the new character I’m about to make will be created on Arygos.
It’s how the new Character select screen works now. All characters are just in a list as you know, but when it comes to character creation, you must select your realm.
If it persists as in your OP after trying what I suggested, that would be a bug

I created a warrior, it created the character on shadowsong, I had no other characters on shadow song, and never ever clicked realms and clicked shadow song. I only i ever play on storm rage.
Then that does sound like a bug and you will need to report it as such, but the info I provided you is still relevant when it comes to character creation. I would suggest choosing Stormrage from realm selection first, then try create your Warrior and see what happens.
yea I’m just pissed that this happened though because I leveled this character up before I realized what realm it got thrown on.
