If you log into a character that requires the game to switch servers, it shows the character creation screen while logging in. Every time.

Can confirm, seen it today too.
Same here sometimes not even when swapping servers. Started in prepatch but did not occur for me on beta or ptr.
It didn’t start for me until today. That said, I have an extremely high end machine with high speed SSD’s (no hard drives).
