Hi All,

Thank you for providing new and updated information as requested! We are continuing to investigate these discrepancies. However, we are unable to provide an ETA at this time for when we may have solutions.

In the mean-time, to ensure that the website is displaying the latest data for your characters, we recommend logging in and out of your characters in-game. We also recommend logging in and out of your characters anytime a new patch is released, as this will help ensure that the website is displaying the latest patches data.

Greetings all,

With this week’s patch updates, we have fixed a bug which prevented collections on character profiles belonging to WoW accounts with a large number of characters from updating. We believe this fix will address some of the issues you all have reported. However, we are still investigating the “unique pets” count issue.

For the patch fixes to take effect, you will need to log into a character and then completely exit the WoW game client.

Thanks for the update.

I do have near the max number of characters on this account. Maybe it is still related to this.

I have logged the character in and out and exited the client multiple times and my pet collection is not updating in count and pet levels and my mount collection is still wrong as well.

My pet collection issues are unchanged after logging in and then exiting completely, aside from having leveled a few pets and added a couple to the collection that don’t show up on the website.

My account is definitely full on characters.

As of this morning, my collections have updated correctly, including unique pet count
