After inviting a player to a party who had trouble getting into Shadowfang Keep low level dungeon through the queue system, my character Ritasoda acquired the exact same issue. She can only queue for Stormwind Stockades and Gnomregan.
I got it in RDF on the grobb experiment I have recently. I’d say friday night. 2 runs that I recall in fact.
So it can show up in RDF. I didn’t test picking it out specifically. and now that char is 30+ so not an option.
15-60 rdf level brackets/ranges are very scuffed and have been since cata launched
