Character Bugged?

Hi all.

So I opened a GM ticket and i did what was asked and that didnt work, so basically whats happpening is that the TW quest isnt showing up in Silvermoon city at the Tent area or in Orbidos on this character.

I got the quest when i was levevling him up, i turned in Orbidos but the Max level quest isn’t showing up at either locations.

I did the campaign skip at Silvermoon city didnt work, Orbidos campaign skip didnt work. Legion campain skip didnt work. I zone in TW dungeons and I ask if they can share the quest and it says not eligable.

I cant accept the quest from the Dungeon journal Guide it wont let me which is wierd.

ive deleted all addons, uninstalled, reinstalled the game, reset interface and all that stuff and it still nothing.

Any ideas what it could be? If a blue can log on my character and see whats going on.

This is the only charcter that giving me a problem. My army of Alts have no issues with TW quests just this charcter.

It’s been reported by other players, but not confirmed by anything official, that if you completed the leveling version of the timewalking quest before dinging 90, you won’t be offered the max-level version after.

Unknown if it’s intentional or a bug. CS has no insight other than that. (Player observation of forum reports in this players-helping-players forum with no developer involvement.)
