The character boost is already in the game, mate. Kill monster, get character boost.
Note: doesn’t work on grey mobs.
This feature is very precise, and allows you to boost to any level you want! The boost increments are small though, so you can get it just right.

No point in character boost since you need to farm mats and make insane amounts of gold just to raid. If you can’t invest the time chances are this game isn’t for you mate.
Retail on the other hand has boost and gold for sale.

i’ve already leveled a few 60’s i’m sick of leveling let me buy my way up. i wanna try each class at 60 but leveling is torture
If you do not enjoy the leveling process you will not enjoy the end game in classic.
