I boosted my hunter character to 50 lvl last week and it still 50.
but now boosting is making 60 lvl

Just bad luck. For future reference a max level boost will always be released at some point in the xpac so next time just save your money until that happens.

They gave me a FREE 60 boost,
Truthfully, why anyone is even using a boost in this game confuses me.
You can literally level from 1 to 60 and finish the 9.0 campaign and be covenant renown 65ish and have around 200 item level in about 2 days.
To me, that’s not worth 60 bucks.
