Update:
Ticket came and went and basically Blizzard said that they are aware of the problem but told me to file the alert of the issue as a BUG REPORT.
So, I did that.
I guess, at this point, the best we can do is just keep complaining until they do something about it / release a statement.
I have kept an on going ticket for the past 3 weeks on this issue, Blizz responses with “canned” answer I respond with “still have problem” Now its a game with my ticket, they try to “archive” it I bring it back to active and nothing gets fixed. Hate to say if but if this was Retail or SOD it would have been fixed already
free Clean boost for all bricks? that’d probably come closest to making everyone happy
