Trying to use a Delux expansion level 70 Character boost, go through the motion of selecting the character, specialization, then pressing both “Level Up!” buttons, but then nothing happens. I’ve looked at similiar issues, i dont have a wow token, its not a purchased boost waiting for payment. So unsure why its not working.

found the issue… needed to log into the character first it seems. its level 50 but i probably havent been on it in a while. The boost worked after that.
