Looking to see my valilla toons age, i know it was before the physical authenticators and before Windows Vista was available (2007).

My vanilla troll hunter is older than me, assuming he’s an adult and I made him when I was around ~10-11 years old.
I’d like to think he’s older and retired, and my newer characters are actually closer to my own age. I actually made him look older, too lol.

I created my first character, which is still one of two main characters that I play to this day, on February 20th 2008. I will never forget because it is my best friend’s birthday. I started playing WoW on their b-day, and my druid was my first creation way back when. I’ve race changed and faction changed several times since but have always played the same druid. In a few days, my druid will be 18. That is a crazy thought! I’m getting so old. 
oh i was in my 20s when i made mine and im 48

My character is at least 3,000 years old, plus or minus 50 years. Who’s counting anyway. Also, as a death knight…I have an undead age.
As for real age? eh…roughly 8 years old.

I was in prison thanks to Illidan for a healthy chunk of time. It’s just easier to tell the mortal races I’m 22, they can’t really understand big numbers.

Mines a paladin so i can just let the light keep me alive. Shes ancient but wise. And like to fish.. alot.

Made my paladin when i was 7. A little over 20 years ago. Hes my only 80 pally, along with my dk (who coincidentally was my first death knight from wotlk).

Veldarin here is my age, 48. My other toons created around the same time are the same age as Vel. My newer toons might be younger, except for the dwarves. I’ve actually been thinking about changing Vel’s hair color to gray.
Seems like you’re talking about real-time age, but I’ll go on a tangent anyway.
It’s interesting to me that the game has been around long enough for even the canon timeline to move forward, well, nearly 2 decades by this point. Not quite, but in Midnight we’re talking ~17 years since Vanilla started.
So if you made your character back in Vanilla right at the start, and assuming your Male Human Paladin or whatever was, idk, 26 or so. Grats! Now your character is 43!
And I have no doubt WoW will exist long enough for that number to go up significantly.
And, sure, there’s no canon age for the player character. Customization and all. But WoW Models are very definitively adult. Heck, online tools for age recognition place most Human Male faces at like 40 years old (female models get younger ages across the board). I’d be willing to chalk it up to art direction and say the floor is 20, but honestly that seems low to me visually.
Either way, you know, how many of y’all are deliberately choosing to make a character that looks ~45 years old? It’s not 0, but I doubt it’s any kind of majority either. Weird to think about.
If the game survives for long enough (or does too many time skips), eventually our characters are gonna be retirement age as close to canonically as possible and it’s just not gonna be addressed because no game expects that to happen.
