Anyone saying boosts is why we can’t have account transfers is honestly dense. I keep seeing that argument and im starting to think people are playing dumb on purpose.

Again, you seem to think you are. Blizzard through Brian has specifically stated that transfers between accounts is not possible for any character, because of boosts. It’s not a ‘fallible or infallible’ thing. It’s why.
You’re also yet to explain what you think is the reason, again pointing to the fact that you have no idea and just want to argue. So while I accept you’ll come back with some nonsensical “No you are” response, I’ll leave it there.

However, when they say “Oh you want boosts, we’ll remove the boost cap and give you account to account transfers”, don’t be surprised.
This is because of boosts, but it’s also a good excuse to allow unlimited boosts like Retail.

They are simply using “boost are the reason” as an excuse for the real reason.
“You cannot transfer a character boosted in the past 72 hours” is already a limit on boosted characters w/ transfers. The ease if implementing this is laughable.

Unless the real reason is “We don’t understand how to write software” there can’t be a worse reason that this is the preferable excuse for.

They just enabled you having 50 characters on one server, so there’s a lot of room to buy boosts now.
