Character 120 boost Heart of Azeroth ilvl problem

Heart of Azeroth ilvl for 120 Boost

The Heart of Azeroth’s ilvl is way too low on 120 Boosted characters. At neck level 52, my boosted Death Knight’s neck is ilvl 384. On my Warlock that has a level 58 neck, the ilvl is 449. That’s a massive difference!
