can i transfer from classic era pve to pvp server?

Unfortunately, there are no transfers in ERA:
why no i transfered from hc for free to pve
cuz blizzard decided arbitrarily to remove a paid service people liked and were using

so they ofer transfer paid but not for clasic era how i supose to know this? i almost got it
If they did decide to open up paid transfers for era, it would not likely support PVE to PVP, just as it didn’t back in Vanilla when these services were introduced.
That said, you just never know!
You can always just make a new character for free and level up the era way 
i got char in pvp i just want to transfer my hc chars to pvp after tranfered them to pve for free
