Baelor server fenris used the belemeth portal in sw and now my char keeps falling through the ground and then is disconnects. Ive opened four bug reports this has been going on for 2 weeks plz fix so i can play my char
Baeldor correction of char name
If you have another character do this:
Log on to that other character.
Go to the Game Menu and select Support.
Scroll down to Self Service Options.
Select Stuck Character Service.
Select Continue.
sometimes it takes a while for the page to load, just be patient as its likely handling a lot of requests. If it seems to be taking too long just leave the page and try again later.
It will ask you for the name of the character and the server, tell them that and hopefully your character will be moved to a safe spot.
