people have been advertizing this gold and power leveling website called ChaosBoost(.)com, im positive no one actually uses it, but every day there is at least like 3 people advertizing that website that i have to report or ignore. pretty sure this is against ToS and its been rampant since SoD launch.

I think it might be a Blizzard back door business. If it has been reported, and is still advertising, then it seems like Blizzard has no incentive to shut it down. Any service offered for real money is supposed to be against the terms of service.
