Chaos Bolt US has one flaw: Population. Need about 3,000 of you real RP-PVP'rs to reroll CB today. Pls and ty

I had thought about trying to create a separate discord on CS where only the real Grob mobbers could congregate, but the difficulty in finding them all hiding out there in the CS wilderness has stopped me trying.

So instead, this is my plea, and yes it is very much a plea I won’t hide that, to get people to reroll CB and help bolster the Grob mob population.

Chaos Bolt will eventually whittle away and die. It happens to every underdog server where Blizzard isn’t actively managing populations.

That is, unless you real RP-PVP’rs on Crusader Strike have a revolution of sorts and reroll there today.

I’ve only encountered a single toxic player on Chaos Bolt, whereas on Crusader Strike I would count that as a single non-toxic player because it would be easier.

Chaos Bolt, quite frankly, is the actual RP-PVP server you were looking for when you hoped to get Grob-mob back.

Unfortunately, everyone went CS out of fear, and because Blizzard opened Chaos Bolt too late (yes, hours is too late when people already committed)

But due to the level banding nature of SOD, it’s definitely not too late to reroll if you’re missing your RP family.

People on CB are so nice, that if you told them you’re a CS refugee, they’d almost certainly help you with bags and maybe even a couple silver.

There’s also non-TOS-breaking ways to get your gold transferred over.

Is this a desperate plea to bolster the population of CB? Absolutely.

Is CB the real RP-PVP server you small minority on CS were looking for? Absolutely.

Reroll CB, and help grow the real Grob mob.

It should just die, server was only created for babies crying ban because a popular streamer went on an RPPVP server so you protest to get your own server. You got it, still not happy.

Your problem is easily solved by sucking up your RP pride and just coming to Crusader Strike.

Your home was supposed to be Crusader Strike, but streamers ruined it.

I hope it doesnt die. Its a great server ATM and the vibes are immaculate. Way better than Crusader Strike. Remember that Grobbulus was actually a medium pop server in the beginning and that was when Grobb peaked as far as im concerned.

I play on Crusader Strike and Choas Bolt ATM. Mage on crusader strike for the PvP and dueling culture and druid on CB for the Vibes

Let’s be real, this is the exact mentality why a lot of us refuse to play on CS and are now playing on CB. I play on both servers and CS is just another PvP server that cultivates and permeates the toxic side of WoW culture. The role play is almost non existent and the community sucks. This is why I will be a CB main and will maybe revisit CS after the streamers and their lackeys abandon it.

I’m so glad I play on a “normie” server lol.

I thought about RPPvP, but once I saw the Streamers going there I noped the hell out.

Roleplay is dead, for the most part.

They want to eat the sandwich they didn’t help build, and thus there will be no sandwich.

Too many people want to play with the streamers and won’t give that up.

While Chaos Bolt will always be the real RP server, it will always suffer with a lower population than Crusader Strike.

Cs has a huge chunk of grobbulus event planners, hell there is an end of year event planned already.

I said this the moment they announced CB that it would only serve to split the rppvp community.

You will NEVER convince everyone to congregate in one place at this point.

Man its a real shame the streamers went to CS, I really wanted to play there but I played on Faerlina in classic and got really sick of the jerks.

CS is fine. I don’t find it toxic at all. Streamers have/will move off to other content.

CB players should either reroll CS or just stick around CB. I don’t think Season of Discovery is a long-term project. If CB has enough population for a year, don’t stress out about it.

Chaos Bolt is fine. I was playing my druid in Teldrassil this morning and there were about 30+ people questing. Some were doing the druid/priest rune that requires 2 people, another person needed some bags that I happened to have a few of and gave them to.

If there’s 30 people in Teldrassil, it’s fine. People don’t need wall to wall asmon-followers flooding trade/general with their nonsense like a twitch stream chat box.

Darkshore was just as busy with people roaming around questing. Ended up killing Den Mother with couple others and got my Druid Rune from it (though I can’t use it since it requires lv 20).

My point is, historically, Night Elf areas are usually very quiet and ordinarily you would rarely if ever come across anyone. We’re close to a month of SoD being released and it’s still doing very good. People are leveling alts, grinding gold, pvping, etc etc…

No one needs to go to Crusader Strike. These posts and others who agree with it are the epitome of the ‘quit having fun’ meme.

RPer’s are more toxic than regular players.
Don’t like my name? You mass report people
Don’t like the way I RP? Mass report people
RPer’s cry on forum and report abuse more so than real players, what are you smokin?

You are literally crazy thinking this. I don’t even understand.

What are YOU smokin?

CB doing fine. We don’t need streamer trash. Stay on CS, we don’t want you.

Better question: What faction is everyone playing on CB?

Let’s turn this into a CB meet and greet thread.

I’m playing alliance and it is great and I have seen so many more horde recently too maybe due to the lockout on alliance. I expect alliance to open back up soon and for the realm to continuing to grow in a healthy stable way. Amazing realm right now. Great interactions great pvp populated everywhere I go can fill any dungeon or raid 24/7

Chaos Bolt’s population is fine.

Just because you can go five feet in the open world without getting ganked doesn’t mean the servers dead.

We have multiple layers.
With that being said:
RPers welcome.
PVPers welcome.
RPers and RPPVPers welcome.
Non-RPers who don’t PVP aren’t welcome.

I don’t see a problem with the population? There’s tons of players on at all times of the day. Tons of wpvp that I’ve seen and always LFG being spammed for stuff. I’m not sure where this is coming from other than personal fear? If the game keeps going well than so shall the population.

I rolled CB since I love rp-pvp since the wpvp is usually very fun I also enjoy the small Rp interactions and characters I meet. I had few friends agree to reroll to it due to all the streamers and we didn’t want to sit in a queue. So far all has worked out for us!

We also played on Grobbulus but we came from Emerald Dream Rp-pvp from retail.

We currently have that perfect medium spot where there’s not to much pvp and far from to little both alliance and horde are present on the server.

The fallacy of every server needing to be a giga high pop mega server needs to end. Gameplay suffers from too many players. Whenever I play on Medium pop realms every player I meet feels more meaningful, and there is space to achieve your goals.
