After accepting a quest while in Dalaran (“Before the Storm”), my monk’s Zen Pilgrimage ability ports me to the Legion monk class hall instead of to the Peak of Serenity.
I dislike this because I use the Pilgrimage ability to get to the Stormwind portal in the Peak of Serenity and have no reason to be traveling to the Legion class hall.
Is there a way to program it back? I tried talking to Zidormi in the Peak of Serenity to “show me the world before the Legion invasion”, but that did not change anything.

Once you activate the Legion class hall, that’s where the spell will take you permanently. However, if all you’re using it for is the handy Stormwind portal, you’re in luck! Your class hall also has a handy Stormwind portal. Go all the way down to the bottom of the stairs, and it’s to the left.
At the bottom of the stairs to the left (x: 52, y: 57) I see a portal to Dalaran, but not one to Stormwind. Let me know if you think I could be missing it. There’s also a Peak of Serenity portal at (50, 55).
Of course, you could take the Dalaran portal to Dalaran and fly over to the Stormwind portal in Dalaran (or similar with the Peak of Serenity portal), but that isn’t as convenient as Peak of Serenity which had the Stormwind portal a few yards from your spawn point (and 1 less loading screen).
Nope, you’re right. I was misremembering the portal there, sorry about that. In that case it is a bit unfortunate with the extra loading screen (especially if you’re not using an SSD), but it could be worse I suppose. At least there’s a portal somewhere I guess. 
Ah yeah, it’s quite annoying to always have to go to the turtle -> peak -> stormwind. If we didn’t have to get the zone changed back to the pre-legion version for the portals to appear every time it probably wouldn’t be as bad either.

Hey, i know this is a really old post but I was having your issue and figured it out. There is a portal to the peak in the legion class hall. when going down the stairs after arriving in the class hall. Go about half way down and look on the right. There isa portal to the peak , win.
