Anyway possible to achieve this ? I have crit gear on my tier set pieces on my rdruid I need mastery… whats the best way to fix this ?

You can’t change the stats
Best you can so is wear the 4 with the best possible

The pants are the worst rdruid tier piece; iirc they have crit/mastery. The others are mostly pretty good (for PvP at least)
The set bonus pieces are pretty much a guaranteed lock in. The other pieces you can convert at the catalyst and access different stats if you get it from outside the raid.
For example, I converted my bracers and the stats were different than the m+ ones I had. Same Ilvl. So if you mix around pvp/pve gear and look up your BiS stuff, you can probably mix max to a silly degree.
If you need a mastery stat stick, consider a masterful phaedrum ring or neck
No, wow doesn’t have a way to change stats on gear except leggos on craft.
The only thing you can really do is look at the 5 different pieces on like wowhead and see what stats each piece has and come up with the best combination. Unfortunately we no longer have reforging so you don’t get to change stats.
