Changing the Hunter Pet from their Original spec to a different one, causes the pet bar to disappear.
Example. Changing a Pet from Cunning to Ferocity Removes the Pet Action Bar.

For me, it was just empty and set to hidden (my character’s slots are NOT set to hidden when not used). Once I moved skills to it, it reappeared.
