From a software standpoint you pretty much have to scrub windows. I’ve never gotten away with doing anything less than a in place upgrade install where it scrubs Windows removes all the drivers and reinstalls everything but it does leave the programs intact. That is the easiest way the other way is to go ahead and try to remove all of the Intel drivers the chipset drivers and everything from your motherboard
