Changing from Fat to Skinny options?

So will there be an optional appearance available for us to play as the highly anticipated and most loved the skinny Kul’tiran humans in upcoming patch? I feel like they would look super badass in certain armor sets.

“Highly anticipated” skinny KulTiran humans?

They never gave you any reason to believe you would have this option.

I fully remember a video on youtube last year showing the skinny human kultiran in tier armor, specifically warrior tier armor. I fully believe they were suppose to be implemented.

I don’t think we’ll be getting the skinny fellows, just the chunky bois. This is Wowheads bit about the allied race.

Could be outdated or wrong but I think this covers the length and breadth of the Allied race

maybe blizzard will sneak the skinny human in as an optional choice when creating a kultiran human when kultirans go live? Since it’s not really a massive change and not a new race.

Also watching a skinny kultiran human fighting a undead 1v1 match would be cool. Skinny Kultiran human warrior vs undead warrior.

Would be nice if every race had a weight slider. I hate how human cloth users look so bulky and awkward. I remember how Lineage II had different body types for casters and fighters of each race, and that was awesome.

Tumblr is a bit like a dragon. Once it has plundered its treasure it will jealously guard it for the rest of its days.

I think you are referring to Smaug, the stupendous, the magnificent, the tyrannical, the unassessably wealthy.

Pretty much the same thing. You need a black arrow to stop it sadly there are precious few sites that still forge them and precious few were ever made.

I know only of one but they would never lend us their aid. To even speak their name here is forbidden.

Diablo 4 was highly anticipated and highly hyped. Boy… were the rumor starters mad.

No, they already said only fatties.

This is why you take data mining sites with a grain of salt.

Allowing skinny KTs would mean giving players options. That’s not how Activi…Blizzard does things.

I don’t remember a single time that skinny kul tiras were given even the glimmer of hope by Blizzard.

Pretty sure any “anticipation” was created purely by the playerbase.

there were a couple of videos on youtube showing off the skinny kultiran humans in tier armor sets, particularly warrior tier armor sets and my reaction was “WOW, give me that Blizzard!” And that was pretty much my reaction seeing them. I assume that these videos were legit and was hoping for an option to play as them. They just looked super badass in the tier armor outfits.

What videos? Were the videos by Blizzard? A data miner? A 3rd party person? Who? Can you find them now?

Sounds like the videos were not by Blizzard…which goes back to my initial point.

Any anticipation was created by the playerbase.

It’s the only thing that makes them slightly unique. You already have basic, every day IRL humans. Why would you guys want a second set of them?

If the character appearances were able to be customized more, then yeah, I get it. But, no race gets to customize their size. This one will be no different.

Data mining is not a promise from Blizzard…

Things would be so much easier if people would stop thinking these things were 100% guarantees just because a data miner found them.

There would be at least a few less tantrums on the forum.

Ah well, a high elf girl can dream.

I’ll say the same copy/paste thing I say every time this topic comes up:

Can I get a chubby troll? How about a chubby void elf? Night elf? I just don’t feel like it’s fair that I’m stuck playing a skinny character when they don’t look like me.

This is what people sound like when they ask for skinny Kul’Tirans.

God forbid there’s more than one chubby race in WoW. God forbid. We finally have a race that isn’t furry that is chubby we can play.

Yes, there are non-chubby Kul’Tirans, just like there are most likely non-chubby Pandaren. However, they are most likely not the adventuring types. You have to remember we only play the mercenary/adventurers of the race.

The only adventuring skinny Kul’Tiran we’ve seen is Flynn, and he’s such a scaredy cat he hides behind barrels in the ship on Island Expeditions anytime anything happens. (And no, Taelia is not a Kul’Tiran, and Jaina was raised in Dalaran). Tandred seems to be the one exception to this, being the captain of the Kul’Tiran fleet, but we don’t actually see him ever actually engage in battle with anything.
